What our guests say?
Here are some valuable feedbacks from our guests.
A Home That Lives Up to Its Name In the heart of Enugu, where water scarcity and unstable electricity are almost a way of life, stands a quiet architectural gem called Bright Lights. I moved into this building in 2015, and from the very first day, it felt different. Bright Lights wasn’t just a collection of chalets — it was a system of comfort and order, thoughtfully designed to take care of everything a resident could need. The name itself carried meaning. Even in moments when the entire neighborhood would be swallowed by darkness, Bright Lights remained aglow — a symbol of stability in a city often defined by inconsistency.

A Structure Built for Convenience Bright Light was far ahead of its time in design and management. The building had its own transformer, ensuring consistent electricity — a luxury few apartments in Enugu could boast of. It also had a standby generator, powered monthly with 100 liters of diesel, managed by a resident supervisor who lived within the compound. Rent came fully furnished with essential amenities: a bed frame, table, fan, DStv cable fittings, and access to clean water from two wells. The management went the extra mile to make the experience seamless — no agency fees, flexible rent options (three months, six months, or yearly), and waste disposal and electricity bills included in the initial rental package. It was the kind of setup where a young professional could walk in with just a suitcase and immediately start life.

Water, Order, and Everyday Comfort In Enugu, where the hilly terrain often limits water supply, Bright Light’s two functional wells made it stand out. One was reserved exclusively for dry seasons — kept locked until needed — ensuring that residents never had to experience water scarcity. There was also a daily cleaner who maintained the compound’s freshness, and a parking space, gym, mini-restaurant, and even a chapel on the premises. Everything about Bright Light seemed designed with balance — to serve the body, mind, and spirit.
